Most of heat sink is made out of aluminum material ,and they do not need to be anodized .When you require low volume for it , Using CNC milling machine to make it ,for mass production ,usually take the aluminum casting way to do ,heat sink is used for many products ,obvious the main function is to release the heat .
The main difficulty point to mill the aluminum heat sink is these depth slots , it takes so much time to mill them over and over again due to the wall thickness of slot,it has to be milled slowly aovid hitting the wall .In the middle of the product ,there is a block which strenthen the function of slot wall.
Due to an impressive list of optimized features in the CNC programming, the cutting tool what we used can generate exceptional tool performance to gain the better quality finished on the part’s surface. Only cost a little bit time to remove the sharp and burr after machine done.
