In fact ,when we received the CAD models ,checked out that some of designs are incorrect for later assembly ,after discussed, We help clients to optimize the design .
Deburring is in need in which sharp edges and burrs are removed from a part to build a more aesthetically pleasing prototype part.After machined, parts are typically taken off the machine and sent to the Finished Department. there, the burrs and sharp points are removed and polished.Then ,the technician will try to fit all parts up ,if Okay ,they will be sent to be sandblasted and anodized .Afterwards ,the technician will try again to make sure that all parts fitting up well.
