Big and length aluminum motorcycle part with natural anodized , the surface needs to sand it with 400# sanding paper in order to get a good anodizing finished , so it looks like a very tiny Texture on the surface after done .
For big aluminm part machining ,it is very important with utilizing a proper pecking cycle strategy to save the life of cutting tool and get a better part’s performace. And also ,preparing the fixtures which will be in need during machining process ahead .Big does not equivalent to the ‘Complex”.Sometimes ,the CNC operator prefers to make the bigger part, because once the workpiece fixs on the machine platform and the programming with setting up ,it could start running .It will sustain for a long time until the next step .Thus ,the operator can also do other things .
