Description As Following:
GPS shell which is made out of aluminum 6061 with black anodized finish ,the inner tool marks can remain ,once they are mounted ,you can not see it inside at all .One set is consist of up shell and bottom ,it cost 4 hours for one set .
On this case ,the very important key is that the tool marks can remain ,don’t need to remove .Firstly ,it’s almost impossible to remove the tool marks because the internal structure very small ,the thechnician can not do that with hand tools .It will cost too much time .Second ,actually the internal area is invisible after both parts fitting up ,it dosen’t make sense for product development.
Regarding the wall thickness ,we suggest the customer to add 1.0MM because of too thin, you can see around the edges of whole part ,there are some threads requirements ,if too thin, the wall probably will be broken during tapping ,even won’t happen that ,but when screwing both parts ,maybe they can not mount tightly .
