Industrial Prototype Model Applied On POS Device

Our extensive knowledge of mechanical engineering practices ,manual skills ,as well as the capability of assembly & fitting components which allows us to manufacture fully functioning electronic mechanical prototype model.However ,We can not provide the electronics,PCB,and battery.They are provided by our clients ,If some of them are easy to be resourced in our local marketing .Probably it is OK for us to source .

For this project POS device Prototype Model ,the quality of the finish needs to be quite high.the process was involved in CNC Machining,Silicon molding ,Over molding,Polishing,Silkscreen,Painted,Assembly.The client wanted to get the prototype model made within 8 days.During the process of fitting components ,We checked out that the PCB client provided is not matched with the actual plastic frame we made ,it can not fit in .We found out the dimension of frame length is a little bit short after checked all the sizes. So before prototype completed ,the client has known his design needs to adjust .Finally our model makers modified the frame length by manual work in order to fit all components well .We provided an excellent prototype model to the client within the tightest of delivery schedules.
