It’s also a motorcycle aluminum part but without anodized ,the tolerances of the central distance of the two round holes are demanding precisely ,0.05MM, it takes 11 hours to complete one piece , the finish just as machined .
Some sharp coners are still remaining there when the designer creating the CAD model with Solidworks software .However ,it does not work for the actual part useful .So those sharp corners don’t need to be clearance ,that means they can be remaining as the round corner.Thus ,the CNC operator don’t need to make EDM tool. After discussed with the clients, they agree .
