Description As Following:
The prototype is made out of stainless steel 316L that is applied on the laboratory test equipment,Client requires the finished needs to be bead blasted ,what’s more ,when the up part combines with the bottom one , no gap ,that means the surface must be quite flat ,so we grinded it again after machined .
In fact ,these two parts are simple ,the biggest challenge is without gap after both parts combined together.So it can not fix if only CNC milling due to the flatness of part surface is not quite precision .We put them on the grinding machine again after milled . Inside surface is polished requirements .So before start beadblated ,the internal area has to be covered .That means one part with two different finishes .
