These titanium parts are used for kitchen product ,it needs to be high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, one of areas roughness has to be 0.8 ,we polished it ,each piece takes 5 hours to complete it .Overall tolerances are demanding on 0.05MM.
This customer is from kitchen industry ,most of his orders don’t need to run mass production .They are always strict with the tolerances request,most of their parts are not big ,for example ,these titanium pieces are not big and complex .But they also cost some time to mill them ,remove burr ,and polish.
