At UYEE ,quality is first and foremost .Quality control is seen as a key performance driver on here .Our quality assurance team has significant experience and skills for inspecting the precision parts ,the inspection equipment and tools are often calibrated .We believe excellence in quality starts with a commitment to totally understand what the clients wanted .Our quality control is very strict .From the beginning of original material to the end of product shipping that we always focus on .Before shipment ,inspecting the part tolerances and dimensions as per client’s the mechanical drawings as well as checking the surface finishing ,such as: anodizing ,powder coating ,painting etc .Finally we are also seriously with packing .We choose difference packing methods according to the difference of part material ,surface finishing ,enable our clients to receive the parts safely.
